Terrence L. Evans – Mr. Evans is TJFACT’s CEO and founder. Upon opening the doors of TJFACT, he immediately defined our company and how we would go about our business in generating success for our customers. Operating from our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Evans is the chief advocate for our customers and he ensures that he is highly accessible to them throughout the life of the contract. With over 25 years of experience in business management and serving in the capacity of a former Contracting Officer for the Department of State,

Terrence L. Evans

Mr. Evans’ gained firsthand knowledge of the importance for the government to partner with capable and results-oriented service providers to achieve its goals and objectives. Mr. Evans is a former US Army veteran with more than 10 years of experience at four different Military Installations. . It is his vision to provide dynamic, innovative, timely, and effective solutions to the government that sets the tone for the organization and its operations.

He believes that effective leadership begins with accountability, which ultimately begins with him as the leader of TJFACT.

Patrick Washington is a former US Army veteran serving in the Medical field with multiple years of military experience in pediatric medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and with a full complement of combat medical specialty clinical experience. Mr. Washington possesses over 20 years of executive business leadership experience. He brings extensive clinical and healthcare operational leadership experience to TJFACT. With this experience he has garnered a wealth of knowledge in the overall function of healthcare

operations and the clinical implementation of multiple healthcare systems. Prior to joining TJFACT, he led a multi-state region in the role of Corporate Regional Director of Operations responsible for the delivery of healthcare services to a diverse patient population throughout the Southeastern region. He has also served in executive leadership positions as a hospital CEO in Atlanta, GA and Detroit Michigan, respectively. Mr. Washington has successfully led multiple “beta” site commitments to successful implementation of new information technology and electronic medical record transitions in multiple organizations.
